Dawn Raffel’s “City of Serena” Is a Best Microfiction 2021 Pick!

 

Good news! Dawn Raffel’s “City of Serena” was selected for inclusion in Best Microfiction 2021! Delighted to have published this marvelous fiction in Big Other last year.
