Good news! Dawn Raffel’s “City of Serena” was selected for inclusion in Best Microfiction 2021! Delighted to have published this marvelous fiction in Big Other last year. Can’t tell you how happy I am to see it receive this honor. Congratulations, Dawn! And thanks to editors Gary Fincke, Meg Pokrass, and Amber Sparks for selecting this fiction!
