Fuck the Semicolon

    • Vonnegut Reissue, so maybe he gets his due? He has his due, folks.

    Vonnegut’s house is near my house. His tiny child’s hand-print is still in the cement.

    Vonnegut never used a semicolon his entire life. Not one. Let’s all forget the semicolon, shall we?

    • John Madera is the author of Nervosities (Anti-Oedipus Press, 2024) and Nomad Science (Spuyten Duyvil Press, forthcoming in 2026).  His  fiction is also published in Conjunctions, Salt Hill, Hobart, The &Now Awards 2: The Best Innovative Writing, and many other journals.
