The Midnight’s Marsupium Defacement Project III: (Eric Elshtain & J.A. Tyler)

I’m happy to present the latest installment of defacements/refacements of Midnight’s Marsupium: Eric Elshtain’s “er_aced _plan_” of wild cross-outs and marginalia and J.A. Tyler’s “exhumed” sequence (which seems so much like René Magritte‘s graffiti).  Thanks so much, guys, for these surprising contributions!

Eric Elshtain is a homemaker who edits the on-line poetry press Beard of Bees.



J. A. Tyler is the author of ten books including the recently released Inconceivable Wilson (Scrambler Books, 2009) & the forthcoming A Man of Glass & All the Ways We Have Failed (Fugue State Press, 2010). He is also founding editor of Mud Luscious Press.

He has received grants from the Council of Literary Magazines and Presses and the National Endowment for the Arts. He teaches in the School of Critical Studies at CalArts.
